The Country Sales Manager, Philippines is accountable for generating revenue. He/she translates and locally implements regional/country sales strategy in order to achieve its short and long-term sales goals in the relevant country(ies). He/she is accountable for the development and execution of new account and sales plans in order to ensure that the overall group’s sales volume and profitability objectives are met.
The role is responsible for managing the distributor. Responsibilities include sales and account management, Trade marketing and managing e-commerce channels (where applicable).
Works with Centre of Excellence (COE) for Shopper Marketing to ensure that Shopper Marketing plans across all channels (in-store and online) are consistent and in line with guidelines.
